Flat sundry charge of $10 per family to cover things like toilet paper, teas, cleaning products, paper and pens for discussions and forums etc.

Day visitors are welcome.  Please make yourself known to the camp co-ordinator when you arrive - Lucy, so they can make sure you receive a warm welcome.   Please also register in advance. Charge of $3 per person for day visit only, over the age of 5 yrs, if just coming for one day.

You are welcome to stay and participate in dinner also.   Just bring along your contributions to add in.

If you can afford it please consider putting in a few extra dollars to help subsidise registration for families who are currently in a position where they are unable to pay the full amount. In your rego email please mention how much extra you'd like to gift, and include that in the bank transfer. And if you would like to come but would like some financial help to do so please include that on your rego.

The koha fund could potentially help out with transport costs etc., not just limited to the camp fees. Offer extends to those who have already booked and/or paid.
Drop me a line on or add it in the details of the registration form
